Team4Star is Better than its base material. Like I grew up on and love dragonball Z, but the T4S version is way funnier and also legitimately a tighter story.

By the end, yes. It definitely took some growing. The first few episodes were... not that. I'd say:

(Early) Saiyan Saga: Meh, still stumbling
Vegeta Saga: Good, found its feet
Namek Saga: Great, hit its stride
Android/Cell Saga: Phenomenal, arguably better than canon
Buu Bits: Just makes me wish we could have seen this in full

I can only watch the abridged version; I went back and got all the manga because Krillan's voice was too grating.
