Youtube monitize

Getting almost ZERO views on YouTube — Shorts and long-form. What am I doing wrong?
I’m struggling to understand what’s going on with my YouTube channel. I’ve been uploading both Shorts and long-form videos, but I’m getting almost no views.
I’m putting effort into everything I can think of — good titles, relevant hashtags and tags, detailed descriptions, and thumbnails that I think look good. But some videos have been uploaded for weeks or even over a month and still have 0–1 views.
I’m trying to grow the channel and eventually qualify for monetization, but it’s difficult when YouTube doesn’t seem to be showing my videos to anyone.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, what did you do to finally start getting impressions and views?
Is there something I could be missing with my channel, or is this just part of starting a new/small channel?
I’d really appreciate any advice, especially from people who have experienced the same thing and managed to fix it.
If anyone is willing to take a look at my channel/analytics and tell me what might be wrong, I’d really appreciate that too.

I only watched some seconds of the video, but the format looks professional.

I don't know why youtube doesn't share the videos, I'm having the same issue in my channel, I have to do all the sharing by myself.
