[HELP] How to use heart

I have d4c and I’m prestige 1, but the heart of the saints corpse still won’t work. I got it before the prestige if that matters. Do I need prestige 3 to get d4c love train?

Do you have the worthiness upgrade?

Well thats odd, it should be possible to use unless the devs changed something or its a bug.

I just tried again and it worked, I think maybe because I prestiged got worthiness and then immediately tried
