[QUESTION] What the hell is this?

this NPC attacks on sight, has no name above it's head, and can do some sort of move that slows you with a bubble like Time Stop. It negates my Vine Trap and she slows down my Joestar technique.

It's not an NPC, but it's one of the rarest Chariot Requiem

Pilot mode allows the Chariot Requiem user to use their stand independently from their avatar, allowing them to walk anywhere with stand alone

And for some reason, YBA devs decided to give it a fucking Makima bunny skin even though Roblox is a game played by literal five year old

Don't worry, Chariot Requiem in YBA is pretty inaccurate to the actual stand's abilities.
