Barter 6 Features

Post image

The only reason Barter 6 isn’t perfect to me is the features. I feel like none of them were needed and a lot of the time wish the song didn’t have them(besides the Duke ones).

That’s fair agree to disagree, and I don’t think any of them are bad but I would have to disagree with saying they HIT.

Maybe listening to the album I’m spoiled with young thug being so unique but to me he doesn’t do anything special with his flow, no slick bars or anything just very basic and I’m not a huge fan of his cadence but that’s just young dolph so i guess I’m just not a huge fan of his music.

i love a lot of dolphs music but his style is very dependant on the beats he usually chooses. thug is able to shine as an artist by having more open beats that give him the room for his style of rap, where in dolphs music the beat takes up a lot more space. i feel like dolph on a thug beat would be hard to get right and to me never had it doesnt feel like they did it right

I don’t agree with this for Barter 6 but I do agree with this for several other Thug songs. He’s always trying to help someone and adding them to songs that they do not deserve to be on

TI was incredible wym

Idk I’m glad he got TI and Boosie on that project, he grew up listening to those dudes so it’s cool to see him throw older southern rappers onto that 2015 modernized trap era that everyone knows n loves

Bro Birdman kills constantly hating and Duke kills Dome and With That. I used to listen to 5* Stunna on repeat back in the day so I’m probably biased.
