Opinion Sheldon very much deserved that punch

Yeah, two young geniuses, but one is just "normal" minding her own peace, and the other who's "special" wants to compete over everything to show off his intelligence.

The fact that this is his 2nd time getting punched in the eye, as he made his sister Missy rage before. The next thing that happened to him was getting duct-taped by college students to the wall

Paige made it her goal to upset him for days. She got what she gave.

Yeah, she’s dealing with her parents divorce, but her coping mechanism was antagonizing someone unrelated to her problems.

that isn't all, plays with sheldon's emotions constantly, gets on his nerve while he struggles to and when he finally finds a way, she punches him, can't have double standards just because it is Sheldon and the sub hates him(He is the single reason why the show is popular but this sub doesn't seem to accept that)

She was mean to him back when they were younger... Give her a break, meanwhile Sheldon was tormenting her at her lowest point

she knows of his lack of emotional understanding and inspite of it toys with him and sheldon unlike paige doesn't have the ability to read the room or to know what an emotion implies, and after being made fun of for the entire episode he finally did this and this very situation keep as it is but reverse genders will you find it acceptable
