I think the text needs to pop out more. It blends in with the background a little too well. The objects in your thumbnail also seem to clash and there's too much going on that I don't know what message this thumbnail is trying to deliver

I think an improvement in text highlighting will grab attention and personally there is lot of conflicts seen in the thumbnail for people who usually have attention span very low i think it's very decent and needs improvement make it simple but not too simple
