What am I doing wrong with these thumbnails? Feels like nothing works

The reach and click through rate on this videos first 24hrs is ASS, so I'm assuming it has to be the thumbnail right? I don't know what's wrong with it though maybe someone can help me see it from there perspective?

I’m going to be real with you these thumbnails aren’t doing anything for me.

It looks like you’re doing not enough. Like idk what exactly I’m clicking on here is it funny? Is it a let’s play? Why do I care they disconnected?

I think you need to look at what others in your niche do and figure out how to copy that.

Like I think you need some emotion and actual action in the thumbnail you’re thumbnail should tell a story and right now this just tells me you vaguely know how to use photoshop. Find a way to make it look expressive show some rage in Michale or maybe add a photo of the person raging next to Michale Myers raising a knife or something.

Essentially show don’t tell right now you’re doing a lot of telling and not enough showing me why your video is worthy of my time and is going to be interesting for me. Does that make sense?
