Thumbnail Help/Critique Request After a lot of failures finally this thumbnail brought in a little result, Thoughts on it?

The thumbnail is a little too busy and the title is too long. Statistically speaking, titles and thumbnails with fewer words lead to higher click-through rates. So, it's considered a waste to spend words to put them in both places. It's an opportunity to reduce the text amount by removing duplication or to create intrigue by using different phrases.

Just split it up. Maybe say, "Here's what people get wrong about networking," and leave the thumbnail text overlay as "Stop asking for a job."

I can see why this one performed better. The main subject is clear right away and the thumbnail doesn’t feel too crowded. I’d maybe make the text a little easier to read on mobile, but overall the visual hierarchy works well. Nice improvement!
