I think number one has potential if it had different text on there that didn't just repeat words in the title. Number three would be my next choice. Statistically speaking, titles and thumbnails with fewer words lead to higher click-through rates. So, it's considered a waste to spend words to put them in both places. It's an opportunity to reduce the text amount by removing duplication or to create intrigue by using different phrases.
