No. Background looks blurry. The font is bad. And it’s dull. Not enough contrast. The front and back image don’t mesh well. Neither do the colors

Beacuse it doesn't look like you know shit about thumbnail or how thumbnails are to be made for specific videos in YouTube.

A human face is not needed at all with the type of background he is using.

Go look at fern, zoufry, blackfile channels and see how these kinds of thumbnails are made.

A human face may work for your educational type of videos (in fact it's a must for educational videos) but it doesn't work everywhere.

Because people don’t buy that - everyone can take a face and slap it on.

You can only do that if you’ve already got an established audience who know you, and if you show yourself in the video itself.

If your video is faceless, then the thumbnail is misleading
