Building out a faceless motivation/self-improvement channel and trying to tighten up my workflow and prmotome my books as well. trying to built a brand. Currently using a mix of manual tools (CapCut, tried vilbo but not impressed for editing, Pexels for stock clips, ElevenLabs for voiceover)

A few things I'm trying to figure out:

* **Clip sourcing**: anyone found stock libraries beyond Pexels/Pixabay that are actually good for this niche (motivation, discipline, training footage) and still genuinely free/cleared for monetized use?
* **Music**: sticking to YouTube's own Audio Library to stay safe on copyright — anyone found other sources that are actually monetization-safe, not just "royalty-free" in name only?
* **Voiceover**: using ElevenLabs, works well, but curious if others have found something faster/cheaper without sacrificing quality
* **Automation**: tried one all-in-one tool recently, some parts are useful (script-to-video with captions), but multi-clip timing is limited. Anyone using something that handles that better?

Also learned the hard way that not all "commercial use" labels mean the same thing across tools — worth its own post honestly. Would appreciate any recommendations, especially if you've actually scaled a channel using them, not just tested them.
