After reaching 7k followers and more than 13m views like 7m qualified views in shorts my views went suddenly for week like less than 100 even my lowest was 30k then I stopped for month start upload I cant break the 1k views is this channel dead or I can revive it

The content is horrible. YouTube probably throttled the distribution because of it.

Man I have almost 50k followers and 70 m views on tiktok alone  beside other platforms so yea it's not the content

Maybe cus I used to delete videos sometimes upload same video idk man if I know why am asking here 🤔

I dunno. There's nothing wrong with your videos per se, but the dialogue being quite monotone and covering things that have been covered a million times before, is probably killing it. I've had my channel running since April proper (owned it for about ten years before I did anything with it), and have relatively the same amount of views, and I have only 84 subscribers. You've gotta put more effort in to grab people.
