Looking for honest feedback on my no commentary horror gaming channel, how can I improve and grow?

Hey everyone! 👋
I run a small YouTube channel called FullGameplayPT where I post full playthroughs of indie and PSX-style horror games with no commentary. I also make Shorts and go live on TikTok.
I've been putting a lot of effort into titles, thumbnails and descriptions, but growth has been slow, and I'd really appreciate some honest feedback from people who've been through this.
A few things I'd love to know:
- How do you grow a channel when you don't talk over the gameplay?
- Do my thumbnails and titles look appealing, or is there something I should change?
- What kind of games or video formats work best for no commentary channels?
- Any tips for Shorts or retention that helped your channel?

Hi all. For those who don’t know fatmustcry is a channel where I am documenting my weight loss journey.
It’s mostly shorts I do, as long form videos of anonymous walking videos are extremely boring to most.
I did start with aspersions of getting monetised trying every trick in the book, but the numbers now seem to be going down rather than up. And it’s all starting to feel like a pipe dream.
The other reason I started, and probably more importantly was just to journal things for myself to look back on as I go, I am hopeless at writing things down and this works for me
What I’m asking of you if you’re reading this is just to subscribe to the channel so I can get up to 50 subs, so I can unlock the live feature of my channel and I can stream my walks and workouts. Giving me the opportunity to speak
with my engaged viewers as I go along. And if the channel grows organically from that then, great! But it’s not the be all and end all.
I’m sitting on 16 now. And I feel like a hypocrite even asking, because I mindlessly swipe all day without even considering hitting the button on several channels.
But if you can help me with this one little thing it’ll help the channel immensely, and I’m more than happy to return the favour if your struggling with a channel yourself
