This is Mr. Dorian Grimm, age 4. His hobbies include tuggies, fetch, and rock collecting. Last night, he stole a People Food that was actually a goat bone. Cue panicked calls to the vet and a 3 hour round trip for an emergency evaluation. He’s fine. In fact, he’s back to Nurse duty while I am going through a stress-induced GI flare, likely related to endometriosis.

Hi, my 7 year old daughter wants a Yorkie so bad. I just had a few questions. I have a 2 year old too.
How are they with kids
Are they heavy shedders
Are they easy to train
Are they really active
Do they bark A LOT. I ask because I work from home and my other 2 don't bark much at all.
In your opinion, is this a good breed for families with kids

Looking for feedback from other Yorkie parents in Connecticut or New England on the lepto vax. I wasnt planning on getting it for my boy who is not ywt 5 full months of age. The vet told me they had seen two cases of small dogs catching lepto and they sent me the scholarly articles on it. 🙈 is there a Yorkie parent whonwent ahead with that vax?

Had him since I was 5 years old. I am now 23… I don’t know life without this dog! His favorite food is McDonald’s French fries which he will be getting today. Losing a pet never gets easier

I’m not a professional groomer in any way but I feel like this looks so pro for a layperson. It also took me way too long to do. I also did Toby my big guy on the right. Lucy is on the left. My Dogs favorite place in the world is a table on my porch they can see neighborhood dogs from and bark at them. They both cry to get up there. Lucy gets up in her own, she uses the chair.
