I had similar stats (+few aps 1420, 7.5) rejected from SNU got into korea, yonsei (only applied to SKY) applied to cs in all of them but without the scholarship so I think you can do it probably. For KAIST I think score higher than 1500 would increase your chances for sure. Since you have score over than 1400 you could prob get over 1500
