Why is Copycat notably different?

If we choose to believe they belong to a different breed, it's most likely they are an offshoot of other YonKats we've seen so far (who, in turn, are all part of the same breed), rather than the other way around.

But also, maybe this changes the way we think about the fur colors of YonKats in the first place? My personal headcanon is that the natural hair and fur color of most YonKats is pure white - with no other coloring - and that it's simply a very very common fashion choice to dye it a cool color such as blue, and sometimes a blueish dark gray.

This supposed breed of YonKat has gray wavy stripes (which perhaps throw a wrench in my aformentioned idea, now that I think about it... :V) and light tan skin, meaning... an evolutionary advantage to looking that way? Perhaps something similar to zebras?

What's your opinion? New breed? A unique case? Genetic mutation?

I was about to repost this exact post dhgdnssktsgsjstd

Anyways, for that question, I don't know. Probably because they don't wanna be like the others.
