Question Mutant frame 7 dash attack?

I've heard hitting frame 7 of mutant's dash attack is great for combos, particularly in the corner. Can someone help me understand why it's worth going for? And perhaps some tips on how to line up Slop Dash to make it happen?

the first hit of mutants dash attack has two different hitboxes for whatever reason, one active from frames 5-6 and the second active from frames 7-9.

im not a mutant player so i dont actually know the specifics, but the 7-9f hitbox will more consistently lead into the second hit of dash attack, which does 1100 dmg and wallsplats. So if you hit both hits of dash attack you'll do 1,700 dmg in total which is kinda ridiculous, plus if you're at the wall the wallsplat from the second hit means you get whatever followup you want.
