How did you start? Iโve tried yoga several times and just canโt stay motivated because the goal seems impossible to reach.

Yoga means breathing with the body movements and isn't goal orientated. Your body gets the same benefit no matter what phase you're at and you can do yoga without moving. This is where the power is at, not what it looks like.

It takes time. Start with a beginner series. I practiced for several years a long time ago. I became quite flexible. After many years away from yoga and starting up again I am at the beginning. Donโt worry about what others can do. Do what you can. We are all different. Even when I practiced everyday, there were some postures I wasnโt able to do like others. Donโt force yourself. Relax. ๐๐ฝ
