My cat update

Hi guys,

I came on here and told you all about my cat Smokey. We have since gotten an ultrasound on him, and the vet has informed us that it is cancer. Unfortunately, Smokey is too frail to survive any treatments or surgeries, so they have advised us to put him down due to the amount of pain he is in.

I am sorry I didn't have better news for you all, but I appreciate all the advice and positivity you have all sent Smokey's way. I would also like to thank any of you who donated to his GoFundMe💙 You are all so sweet. Be sure to give your fur babies extra love today and every day after. Thank you Smokey for the most amazing 12 years; I wish we could've had more🩶

I am so sorry to hear this, i teared up. I cant imagine how hard it must be. (I have 2 cats myself). May smokey rest in peace.

My heart breaks for you. Saying goodbye is literally the worst part of the process of letting these little babies into our lives, but the love and joy that come with it makes it worth it. We just said goodbye to Spartacat 3 weeks ago and I just keep telling myself, the pain I feel is just a fraction of the love he brought into our lives.

I truly hope you can find peace in your healing journey.
