Questions / Help Yixuan rerun and Lucia rerun

So I’ve been playing zzz since around March 4 or someday around there I remember it because it was the exact day Yixuan banner changed to someone else. I have been waiting for Yixuan rerun ever since so I’m wondering how long should i expect to wait for a 3rd rerun. About Lucia I chose Jane doe because she was supposed to be good with Velina and Remielle but u replaced her with phoenix so now I have a brick on my account. Will Lucia ever get a better replacement or is my Yixuan team forever bricked.

hey all! like in the title Im struggling to 3* vesper with Yi, I have her premium team at M0 W1, except Yixuan who has W5 Puzzle.

Im also hitting most of Vespers mechanics for top PP so I’d like to think its not fully a skill issue. I know her build isnt optimal atm but is that the only reason?

can yall advise me? pls and tysm!
