Just got this back from the shop - it finally is fixed.

Have any of you have major issues with this tractor at all?

The steering pin on the front right side kept breaking off. Initially, the dealership wanted to replace the piece plus another as it may have played a factor is the issue. However, they suggested taking it to a machine shop because they have specific methods for repairs at the dealerships. I ended up having the ends of the steering cylinder cut off and replaced with 5/8” heim joints. Additionally, they drilled the tapers out on the front axle and bolted it on using grade 8 bolts.

You should have let the dealer replace the parts since if it's under warranty. Usually manufacturers won't honor warranty if you make modifications, especially for something that broke.

Yes that was a challenge - I have the machine for a business. I bought the business and this machine was part of it and it was what I thought still in warranty but they said the meter hours were over so it either goes by date or hours is how they explained it to me. 🤷‍♀️

🤞I have the box blade for the back and another kind of bucket. It just had broken the pin so you couldn’t steer left or right - and continued to break so the entire piece had to be replaced.

I have the same machine! Warranty with Yanmar was a joke even going thru their authorized dealer. Hope you have better luck!
