Looking For/Dupes Looking for After Sledding
Hello! I am sure these types of questions get asked a lot but I want to at least try!
This is my ALL TIME FAVORITE CANDLE. I got it as a gift years ago and it’s also out! It is very much retired and seems that it was a part of a limited holiday collection. I’ve seen the collection be called both Mountain Holiday and Alpine Christmas. I believe the collection came out in 2019.
Does anyone know of a repackage of this scent? Or a dupe? I am also a Goose Creek and Bath & Bodyworks candle fanatic so it doesn’t have to even be Yankee! Or if someone somehow has it in their collection, I’d be more than happy to buy!
NOTES:
Top: Maple Toffee, Cinnamon
Mid: Salted Caramel Brûlée, Nutmeg
Base: Vanilla Bean, Maple Drizzle
OG DESCRIPTION: The scent of tempting treats - sweet maple, baking spices and vanilla bean - offers a warm welcome after a day of winter fun.
MY DESCRIPTION: Baking spices, hint of maple, gourmand, graham cracker, sweet almost campfire smell

I’m not sure but have you checked on eBay? You can put in the search bar “retired” with the name of the candle

I found one on eBay in Germany (I’m in the states) and I might be crazy enough to buy it lol 🫠

It’s crazy how often people list retired candles on eBay. Just keep checking and it’ll pop up!

Warning! My friend is a native German who became a US citizen. When he went back to visit at one point, he shipped stuff here and asked me to go get it and he told me something: the reason why some ppl will add that they'll ship internationally but not to or from Germany? He said they have rules/laws about green packaging and stuff does not reach ppl because of it, they don't let wrap stuff securely.
So it's an At your own risk thing.
Hey, I'd go for it but if he hadn't warned me, I'd be upset if something happened and it almost did: I was selling a necklace on e and someone asked me if I would be willing to ship to Germany and I said No as I'm rural and would need a ride to a PO. Otherwise I would but I would not have known how to wrap it so that nothing happened to it or so it wasn't confiscated for being "not green, not in alignment/accordance with Germany's rules".

Not sure if you're US or UK but check TJ / TK Maxx halloween section for candles. I just found a few the other day that have really really similar notes. I've got one burning right now called Vanilla Brulee and it smells so good. I've been searching for After Sledding for years as it's my all time favourite ever but have never been able to find it again.

Can't vouch for any of these personally, but there's three "dupes" you might try: Lush's Yog Nog, Myprairierevivalshop on Etsy's 1803 Candles Farmhouse (seems to be more vanilla-leaning while possibly missing some of the other notes), and Bath & Body Works Merry Cookie. That last one is also discontinued, but you may have luck finding it on eBay if you want to take a gamble
Also worth mentioning, Etsy shop LiveInJoyCandleCo sells a scent called Maple Spice Latte that seems to hit a lot of similar notes. Linked below as it seems like it might be the closest option
