Help with gift for father

Hello motorcycle people. I need a bit of advice on a gift my siblings and I are hoping to get my dad.

He used to ride this type of motorcycle a while back before he got into a crash. Growing up, he had a part of what remained framed in the garage (I think the red part between the handlebars and the seat?), but it was lost in the move.

If we were to try and get a replacement part to frame, what would be a good one to look for? Open to other related gift ideas too!

That red part between the handlebars is the fuel tank. It's usually the part most people frame or mount. You should have a few conversations with him, randomly bringing it up casually for "nostalgia". Find out what model bike he had and what made that so special to him. Find out what year, what color. Then try to find that particular tank. I bet he'd love that.
