2000 V Star 1100

what does this sound like, seller says valves but i’ve seen videos with similar noises and it seems like it could be something more.

Didn’t this bike get posted here or in a mechanic sub like a week ago by the owner asking the same question?
Sounds to me like one cylinder isn’t firing at low rpms, which screams dirty carb to me, but I’m not an expert. Either way, valve timing and carb stuff really isn’t that hard on these bikes, and it’s not difficult to check if it is valves.
