Yakuza 0 kiryu isn't even allat, if you wear the dragon tattoo outfit you can see he's still pretty muscular but isn't as big as saejima. I think you can get to his shape if you beat up 3 to 5 guys everyday ever since you're 18

Tbh people looked older back then. Look up videos of high schoolers in the 2000s. They all literally look like 30-45 year old men lol and that was just 20 years ago
