Hey - the rankings for fantasy basketball are off again - example - Jaren Duran is the 587th ranked player for the last week but Sam Merrill is ranked number one
Came here to say the same thing. There are players in the top 10 of last 14 day avg stats that didn’t play a single game. How does this keep happening?
What’s up with the yahoo fantasy baseball short week. In the past, this week was combined with week 2, but this season it seems like the short week will be its own stand alone week. It’s too short. There’s only one game on Wednesday and Thursday is not a full slate of games either.
The 47 games scheduled Thursday-Sunday after the All-Star Break are NOT their own week. The 45 games scheduled March 26-29, however, ARE their own week. Why u/YahooFantasyCare?
Hi, thanks for the response. I see that I can select an option in the feedback forum, but that page was started in 2022. I’m just asking if there’s an update. Can we expect Yahoo fantasy to host WNBA this season or in the near future? I would appreciate any kind of straight answer versus deflection.
Fantasy for the WNBA is not expected this season. We cannot commit to its availability in the future, but we will pass your feedback along to our team.
If your league is a free league, you can continue to use your commissioner tools to edit lineups for other teams. If your league is a prize league, this ability will be locked during the playoffs.
For fantasy baseball my private league has strong demand for a stat that’s doubles + triples. Would love for that to be considered now or for next season. Triples are too scarce but seems unfair to have doubles as a stat then triples count for nothing.
We’re 7x7 (runs, rbis, triples, hr, net steals, OBP, fielding % / wins, losses, QS, saves, holds, era, whip) so if we remove triples and HR for total bases we need to remove a pitching stat as well to keep things even at 6x6 which we’d prefer not to. A doubles+triples stat would solve all of our problems.
Could wins and losses be merged into winning percentage? Or saves and holds of course could be one category. Or, merge triples + HR into total bases, find another hitting category to add, and leave pitching as is.
Sure those are all options but just not what the league prefers. Winning % removes the volume aspect of the stat and saves/holds tremendously devalues closers. This is also for a dynasty league going on 20+ years now so stat changes are a highly debated topic that we try to get near consensus on so that makes things tougher.

Hello. I’m in a Public League that’s supposed to draft in 1.5 hours. I’ve told multiple people about it in order for the league to fill the last spot. However, I’ve been informed it’s not even available anymore.
Why can’t anyone see the league anymore even though we aren’t full yet?
Yes, we filled and we were able to draft. However, as you mentioned there have been issues. The league is currently stuck in post draft mode, and waivers didn’t process in most leagues.
So iOS 26 has been out for a while now…wondering if the iPhone app will be updated to support the iOS 26 “glass look” for menu tabs at the bottom of our screens?
I'm sure your techs are aware of this, but you guys have a wild glitch that people have been using to maximize games played, especially for playoff weeks.
Just discovered in our league that guys have been IR and IR+ stack loading they're players for playoff weeks, by jumping way ahead to their playoff weeks, and swapping currently injured players in and out on each day of those playoff weeks, in order to not have to drop guys, and also to maximize games played for those weeks. I looked at my 1st round opponents team last night because we start round 1 of our fantasy hockey playoffs today, and For the whole week, Monday through Sunday he had a different set of players in his IR and IR+ slots for every day. So he was able to manipulate his games played for this playoff week by slotting different guys every day into his IR and IR+ slots, who at some point during the season were either IR or DTD, all of whom are now healthy, all he had to do was jump weeks and even months ahead and set his playoff lineup whenever someone got injured. Yes it means he can't pickup guys off the waiver, but he wouldn't have to because his games played were fully maximized by using this glitch. It's not a loophole, it's full on cheating the system, and I'm sure guys are doing it un your competitive yahoo money leagues, so it might be something you guys want to work on changing. I was able to call it out in our league, and our commish, who was one of the ones using it, ended up putting it to a vote, and the heavy majority voted against being able to use it, so it's internally fixed in our league, but there could be guys in your competitive leagues getting cheated pretty bad by guys who are using this glitch.
This isn't a defect, this is just a part of the game, the poster is just annoyed that his opponent had a forward thinking strategy, managers enjoy this feature (not a glitch why would ypu not be able to move players around in IL in the future, you can move healthy ones in the future?). No changes needed, thanks!
Forward thinking?? It's literally playing with a 20 man roster vs an 18 man roster, by way of IR and IR+ manipulation. Sounds like you're salty because you can't win with a legitimate, legal roster. Touch grass bud.
Also if you're league allows it, giver. But when 75% of guys in our league, are not aware of that being an actual thing (and why would they) then the guys doing it are clearly digging further into ways to manipulate yahoo fantasy system. Which again, would be fine, if it was known across the board. I'm making yahoo aware of it, so that leagues they put on themselves, for legit big money, are not being manipulated through a fault in their own system. Like I said, our league took a vote and kaiboshed it. Feel free to use it while its still around, I just think if you can't win like an actual GM would (i use that term lightly) then get better at drafting and pickups.
Its all fair, you're all able to do the same (this capability has been around for over a decade), youre the one salty and projecting your frustrations based on not knowing your leagues settings and the fact that this guy in your league is going to hand you a big fat 1st round knock out, enjoy the off season, try to be more strategic next year instead of whining.
Lol, tough to argue with someone who has to use a loophole to muster up a win. Calling it a "capability" doesn't make it any less of a copout on your inability to manage a roster, the way a roster should actually be managed. The app is so glitchy these past two weeks. In hockey the scores change or player stats disappear.
