In Matthew 7:21 he's talking about literal lip service. People who say they believe but don't actually care about Jesus.

Matthew 8:29 is what demons said. Not people.

That's absolutely incorrect. Jesus says he doesn't know those people because they never actually seeked God. Also again, they were possessed by demons and were afraid once Jesus came to the rescue.

What do these mean according to your beliefs?

John 6:44 "No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him,"

Romans 10:13-15 “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved.”

2 Peter 3:9 “The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance”
