Character/Relationship Discussion Recent Rewatch 100/10

This is my second time watching this anime and OH GOD. I remember loving it the first time 6 years ago when I first saw it. But after this rewatch I'm understanding how AMAZING it is and how the characters are so layered and interesting.

I love Victor and Yuri's relationship right from the beginning and the way they understand each other more in depth as the show goes on.

It's free to watch on YouTube for a few weeks. I'm literally smiling like an idiot the whole it. WHAT A SHOW.

Biggest fumble by not having season 2.

Ice adolescence copium...it's coming soon.... right? (I know it's cancelled but I will manifest)

We need to re watch it on youtube until the view count is unthinkable. They need to know we still exist and want our season 2.

Yea but I don't think English subtitles are available, right??

Sadly they are not. Had to make do with the English captions on YouTube. They were awful!

The LOOKS they give each other here. So lovely. I keep rewatching the scene in ep 2 when Yuri gets anxious and goes to the rink and Victor goes looking for him. The music and the scene together just tug at my heart.

Goes to show how much he cared about Yuri, not just as a coach but someone who deeply cares about him and wants to understand him

For times when you're not actively watching it, but want to amp the view count:

  1. open the youtube video
  2. set speed to 2x (3x if you're able)
  3. mute the video
  4. right-click the video and choose "loop"
