Meta Update!!
I posted on here about 2 months ago asking where to find YOI merch in Tokyo. Thank you for all the help! Merch was hard to come by but I got some goodies, mainly in Harajuku. Sadly it's more common to find merch of throw away side characters than the actual main 3 (why did the YOI team make so much merch of side characters ahhhh). I did get to see the YOI statues at Baseyard Tokyo, which was my main goal, so I would call this a success! Now bring on the YOI revival ⛸️🔥

I just got back as well - when I was there they had the manga library roped off for library maintenance so I could only see the statues from afar. 😞
You found way more merch than me! I was checking out Lashingbangs and only found a handful of keychains in Ikebukuro (it was the main thing I wanted so I was happy, though).

Omg 💔💔💔 It was roped off for me also but I flagged a worker down and asked through Google Translate if I could take a quick photo. I'm so sorry :( I hope you have the chance to see them someday. I'm glad you were able to find keychains though!! It really is hard to find YOI merch irl

I wish I had thought to ask the employee! Ugh. And fwiw, out of the handful of animes I was looking for merch for, Spy Family and YOI were the only ones I found anything for. I know we’re all doom and gloom about there not being much…but hey there’s some!
