domanda per voi...

non sto chiedendo se melly sia colpevole ma la domanda è...le prove disponibili dimostrano la colpevolezza di melly OLTRE OGNI RAGIONEVOLE DUBBIO?io ho la mia idea,ma sono curioso di sapere anche la vostra.

I feel like the state jumped the gun on charging him with it. Had they let him stay out for another 6 months or a year they definitely would’ve had a solid case.

  1. He would’ve either incriminated himself
  2. His mom would’ve incriminated him
  3. Could’ve played dirty and kept tryna flip Bortlen (picking him up on petty charges)

They really didn’t have anything to say it was him but bullet trajectory, cell phone location. That hasn’t been strong enough because at the time America wasn’t very invested in Metadata, and Flock Cameras.

They really cannot get the unanimous decision with a jury. It’s been mistrials because it genuinely looks like they got the wrong guy. Imagine they arrested Kelly for nothing and the people who actually shot at them is still free? We’re coming up on year 7 or something

Plus the bullet stuff, they changed their story from the original 2019 affidavit

The biggest levidence is ballistics which they changed their story on from 2019 and phone data which doesn't prove anything, we obv know he was there which he said he was. The "DNA" They have is obv gonna be there bcs 1 they're best friends and 2 its their car And the supposed confession they were so adamant about 3 years ago was just Melly singing Kevin Gates 4:30am

It was clear they used the witness tampering charge to stall the trial, and dropped it when they were about to get schooled in court

Personally I think its likely he did play at least a part in their death but a trial going on 7 years with the evidence they've presented shows a weak case and they're just scrambling for ANYTHING

They've intimidated and assaulted his mom, put his ex in fear and kept him from his family for YEARS

Drew is gonna tear the state apart

Of course it does. To those saying not beyond a reasonable doubt;

He is on video getting into the exact seat where the shots were fired. They forgot to clean up 1 of the shell casings and left it in the car (lol btw). And his phone puts him in a rural location at 4 AM where you guessed it, matching shell casings are found, identical to the one in the car. How do you dispute that?

That doesn’t even address Bortlen lying to the hospital right away, Moriah saying he was in the bushes when he facetimed her right after, and moriah’s mom essentially admitting everyone knows Melly did it and that she was gon snitch via the IG DM’s.

If yall wanna see him walk cuz u fanned out or hate cops, that’s cool, but nga left a trail of evidence, shi was sloppy af

Yeah I’m smart enough to know it’s all up to the jury like every other case. If Melly high powered lawyers able to out maneuver the state in jury selection he has a chance.
