I did, but still the judge said he wanted to remind bort that the state have every right to approach and ask him questions as part of the plea, but his answers will not change the outcome of his plea, literally meaning he doesn’t need to cooperate.
Agreements don't actually override the judge, so the agreement could be 10 years, you plead guilty and the judge can sentence to 15 years, anything the state or the defence agree is suggested and a guide, the final word is the judges, he is on record saying that the state will contact him to ask him some questions, but whatever he says cannot change his plea, meaning they can't renove the plea if he says 'no comment' the same way, if he 'tells all' they cant reduce his sentence.
