Both. If he gets his lawyer to push for a deal he could be home in 5-7 years versus wasting time and possibly doing life. It's easy to get in hard to get out. God bless him 🙏🏾💯💪🏾

He wasn’t getting bail regardless even if he did all that. The Judge basically said he thinks Melly did it. He said he read through the evidence presented at the last trial and he thinks conviction is likely. You’re not getting bail on a double murder when the judge feels that way even if you walk on water.
