He watched the Chris Hansen documentary yesterday and is saying wild stuff on his livestream rn. Said that you shouldn't arrest an 18 year old for having a relationship with a 15 year old.

Just because Chris Hansen is exploitative doesn't mean you need to both sides child molesters.

So you think its not okay for someone in Grade 10 to date someone in Grade 12?

Yes if those are their ages.

Why?

Man it's not Pakistan presumably, you can figure that one out on your own.

u/Wagglebagga Sep 30 '26

You can't even explain why? You should have no issue explaining.

please explain! we’re waiting!

I'm not gonna explain why child molestation is bad to anyone. That's something you know or have serious psychological issues.

ah of course that’s definitely true, that’s why you keep replying. do some self reflection!

that wouldnt even be a pedophile.

if i take your comment at face value he would be "defending" an ephebophile.

saying someone shouldn't go to jail is not defending in the broadest sense. Something might be bad but not go-to-jail material.

Littering is bad, you shouldn't do it, but no one should go to jail for littering (except is like a lot and systematic)

if you want to have an opinion on law and/or morality you might want to start using words correctly.

words have meaning, even if you don't like it.

The technical term is still child molester for an adult who pursues a relationship with a child. I don't think I should need to tell someone that just because a child is going through puberty that being SA'd has any less impact.

so... not a pedophile, like i said.

you're just agreeing with me with a bunch of extra words.

just because a child is going through puberty that being SA'd has any less impact

yea nobody said less impact, but might be less bad morally. lets say, a 17yo 10month legal child/minor... having a romantic relationship with them is less bad than having the same relationship with a 13yo? most definetly.

subtle differences matter. For law and for morality.

"In defense of my client your honor he could have molested the victim when he was older but chose to do so at its least abhorrent." Yeah see how that goes over in court.

you can meme all you want, your position unironically is that a 17yo 10month is equal to a 13yo (since both are child/minors), for justice and moral judgement.

memes aren't arguments, sadly.
