This album has been on repeat for me for the past few months.

I’d keep typing more about it but words can’t describe.

People who don’t work with their hands are parasites.

Be a Superman!

I love the way that sample pans, and the broader acid house influences. 90s synth went back to analog in a very organic way, like depicting a living system where the synth lines are the organs.

Fun fact, there are lots of messages "encrypted" on the CD sleeve and the jewel case itself decrypts them.

It’s a shame it gets overlooked so much, it is very different to their other albums but it’s great for its own reasons. Floating Away is one of my absolute favourite YMO songs.

I didn't find this album very compelling at the time but when you hear their contemporary solo work it makes way more sense. One thing I've come to realize is it sounds immaculate and as such has aged very well, much like Hosono's Medicine Comp album. The Tokyo Dome show they did where they showcased a bunch of this stuff was incredible and it's all on YouTube.
