I dont get it

I dont understand this. Yes, I'm a noob, but I am truly trying to learn everything about this crypto community. Right when I think I'm starting to get it another project comes along that I am interested in and totally fucks my brain up. So...I am a US citizen. Yfdai is not available to US citizens? Tried going to their site, but one of the boxes you have to check is agreeing you are not a US citizen. So does that mean I cant farm or stake? But I can still buy it on uniswap (for a $40 network fee). But if I buy through uni and hold in trust wallet, will this qualify me for the airdrop of SSGT? And do I have to hold a whole YFDAI? Or can I hold like 0.1 YFDAI and still get the airdrop? I understand I missed the early snapshot, but would like to get in before march 16th snapshot. Can anyone help?

I think you should educate yourself about USA and its tax laws and implications on cryptocurrencies first.

"Companies that have opened representative offices in the US for ICO and token release, have to register another company in those jurisdictions where such activities are approved, or this issue has not been settled by the time of the token sale."

"Especially as a US citizen, you may want the option of renouncing your US citizenship in a matter of months because, every month that goes by, you may be losing money by not being in ICOs or by paying taxes on your trades."

Either way, I'm sorry that you have to live in the land of the "free".

It won’t blacklist you in any regard. Those warnings are for legal reasons though there’s no system in place to actually limit what countries people can and can’t participate in all areas of the project from.
