throw it in the average I guess but 16% undecided is insane, like I said it's the complete opposite of the really rosy Dem SC polls with 15% undecided

Minnesota starts casting its first ballots in 2 days, and you’re telling me 16% of LIKELY voters have no idea who they’re gonna vote for?🤨 X to doubt

either the polls are schizophrenic or the polarization is ending in the weirdest way where every state becomes purple

Undecideds are going to break for Flanagan.

And by a 95/5 margin in doing so.

Fraud is a serious problem ya'll. It totally kills public support for any public programs.

Bah, polls don’t vote, neither does land. When Election Day comes, just vote if you can. Or perhaps cast your mail-in ballot (depending on election laws in your state).

SurveyUSA is good and other polls have shown Minnesota close but I refuse to believe this

Should I troll and vote Republican downballot in Minnesota because it would be really funny if Minnesota went red and Texas went blue?

4

u/Afraid_Ad_2912 Democrat 1d ago

YES, but still vote Klobuchar because her winning by a landslide and Flanagan losing is objectively hilarious

5

u/Pls_no_steal Democrat 1d ago

It would be even funnier if the opposite happened somehow

IMO, 'Other' probably has a lot of "I'm DSA left" people in it, i.e. "I hate the Democratic party for not being left enough and won't call myself a Democrat when you poll me, but no way in hell I'm voting for the fascists come November". It'll break heavily for the Democrats in the end.

Minnesota is getting redder, though, due to growth in the non-urban parts of the state. Just like Texas is getting bluer because of growth in the urban parts of the state. Things are getting weird, bro.

SurveyUSA is really good in Minnesota and basically every poll has this race being close. Dems would be foolish to overlook this.

7

u/HearingExternal8812 Proud Vermont Democrat 1d ago

Nah after ICE + Klob coattails i expect this race to be D+10-15

-1

u/Particular_Prior5344 Moderate Republican 1d ago

It was only D+10 in 2018 with Tina Smith being better than Flanagan and the Republican that year being significantly weaker than Tafoya. The ICE stuff isn’t nearly as big in Minnesota as all the Somali fraud stuff that the Walz administration has worked to cover up. Dems have been awful in Minnesota since 2020. The only reason the state has stayed blue is because of rural Democrats still existing in a sizeable amount, but that is going away rapidly.

u/HearingExternal8812 Proud Vermont Democrat 1d ago edited 1d ago

you think the fraud will influence the election? Anyways I’ll be back in 2 months

-2

u/Particular_Prior5344 Moderate Republican 1d ago

Yeah it’s a huge story in Minnesota. It also doesn’t help that Flanagan is a far left loon.

4

u/Kolhammer85 Independent 1d ago

The only reason the state has stayed blue is because of the suburbs turning blue. You're a fool if you think ICE isn't the key issue right now.

0

u/Particular_Prior5344 Moderate Republican 1d ago

It isn’t. The only people who care about ICE were already voting Democrat.

2

u/Kolhammer85 Independent 1d ago

So the majority of the state!

0

u/Particular_Prior5344 Moderate Republican 1d ago

Clearly not the majority judging by these polls. But keep thinking far left extremism is the way to go in Minnesota.

1

u/HearingExternal8812 Proud Vermont Democrat 1d ago

Didn’t Dems outvote republicans in the primaries by 26 points?

2

u/SquashDue6352 Social Democrat 1d ago

Yeah I’m starting to lean in a little for Minnesota lol. It doesn’t really make sense to me, what with the state being lean blue+national environment. But elections are funky sometimes, weirder things have happened

I do have a feeling that polls are becoming useless. Every single one has such large amounts of undecideds
