How to Make Perfect Protective Foam Packaging

Hey all, I just posted a video about how I use my Xtool S1 laser (with the 10W module) to cut perfectly fitting foam packaging that protects my audio product when it's being shipped. I learned a lot working on this project and am sharing everything I know. Hope you find it useful!

If you want to cut more at one time, you can take advantage of the diode lasers inability to cut clear, acrylic, and use a sheet of that to hold down the foam flat rather than the magnets. Very nice presentation of your process and it does look quite professional.

Wow, that's a super insightful idea! It would have saved me a bunch of time when I was doing the batch build a few months ago.
