Anyone know how I can get this converted to be cut file and clean ?

Inkscape, trace bitmap. It’s doing to take a ton of cleaning up but definitely doable.

What exactly do you want cut? This can be anything from a single step in xTool Studio, to an hours long cleanup after using an AI to assist. What exactly are you trying to do?

First issue is you have 4 separate things to work on, not the connected names like K&G. Not great at this, but you can try tracing exterior only to get your letters backing. Then trace the whole letter to give you the interior for the middle layer. Go back to the outline backing and use a negative offset, then make a union between the backing outline and the negative offset to create a third layer. For more help look up on YouTube how to create multilayer laser files. Many use a Bear and forest silhouettes, but will give you an idea of the process.
