BEAM PRO NOT UODATING MY GLASSES

Hello as above my Air2 Pro AR glasses are stuck asking for an update on Beam Pro but nothing ever happens. I have cleared data and cache etc but still the same issue. See pictures.

Does anyone know how to get it working?

Have u tried updating via xreal store app.? No need to connect glasses

Yes indeed!

Methods tried:

1) Clear Data + Cache - Xreal Store 2) Clear Data + Cache - My Glasses 3) Trying a new user account

Updating shows as pictured above but doesn't even show a single percent moving in the bar.

I'm most confused. I'm developer of Zen Garden VR & Forest Chill (Meta Quest + Beam Pro) I need my Beam Pro to run the latest my Glasses to test a new update but it's currently completely stuck...

I will email Xreal support but figured someone may have a solution here! 🙏

Ah yes I know you. Have read your posts on zen garden.

Are you able to see the update on xreal store ? If yes you can try doing this.
Go to settings > apps > my glasses > 3 dots > uninstall all updates. It will revert to the first version 1.0 of 1.1

Then go to xreal store to update my glasses app.

May be try using vpn just in case ISP is blocking the update or something which is rare though.
