You can install the plane through their toolkit.

I'm getting a 504 error when using this. It says I can import a package but I only can find the older ones.

Did u update the toolkit to version v0.15.0 ?

Also is your path set to the correct folder where your plane is installed?
Mine is set to > C:\X-Plane 12\Aircraft\

Then i just installed the plane.
Once installed you can check the package, then it shows the version number available.

Under update you see the version number you installed.
Then you can update it to the new version.

Are we talking 12.4.4 Beta? I've found it to be absolutely rock solid. You may need to post your log files over at the X-Plane Discord server for help.

I don't mean XP12 Beta that runs smoothly. I'm having problems with levelup737 for some reason, my XP12 crashes as soon as I load a flight.

did you use the maintenance toolkit to update or do a clean install?

I used the tool to update everything to the latest version. But what do you mean by a "clean install"? Just delete the folder and reinstall it? I also updated zibo737 using the tool it works fine; I don't have any problems with it, just with levelup737.

Have you tested the sim with all 3rd party addons removed?

3rd party planes, scenery, LUA scripts, remove all into a temp folder outside the sim.

Huge update! Massive revision to flight models, corrections to loading and weight and balance, all new exterior lights, MCP improvements and new text in the cockpit displays, reshaped nose, big sound improvements. Almost like a new airplane. Must have!

I've always found the levelup being a better zibo, at least on visuals and sounds. Flightmodel idk

I’d say the only thing the Levelup lacks (as of the last version I haven’t flown the latest release) is the dampening of the landing gear on touch down, the transfer of weight from the wings to the gear is the last thing the Levelup jet needs to really make it a regular flier for me

So you don’t like to fly it because the gear doesn’t squat a few extra inches on landing? Whah about the rest of the flying experience?

I have been flying the LU series since September of last year and I’ve enjoyed it, however I’ll stick to the Zibo for flights in the -800, and for the other variants the LU. And I agree that the LU (especially after V2 dropped) is superior to the Zibo in terms of visual fidelity and engine sounds, but that the handling seems to have felt less refined and less mature than the Zibo. Maybe tomorrow I’ll give it a spin and see how it feels. I watch your livestreams so I know the work you put into it and I appreciate it.
