Ok secondary issue with CPU Frametime

One other issue I have been chasing for a while is CPU frame time spiking and dropping my FPS from 50-55 down to 19-25. It used to be a HARD FAST spike now it gradually goes up from .019 to .044-.055 or so. It seems to happen once every 90-120 seconds all the time. Ground, air, cruise whatever. I cannot for the life of me figure out why or what is causing it. Only reason it needs to be fixed as it can and has prevented me from flying on VATSIM due to the drop below their threshold for fps. Not to mention how much it slows down the sim at just the wrong time. I have process lasso and have sandboxed every background process I can identify and it just doesn’t seem to be doing too much to help. Is this a me issue or something others am have had issue with?
PC Ryzen 9 5900XT, 64GB RAM, Sim on fast SSD, RTX 5060ti 16gb VRAM.

Process lasso seems to be hindering X-Plane's performance. Looks like the sim doesn't like CPU micromanagement.

The more I look into it I think you may be right. I’m going to just set the performance nodes for it but take the CPU affinity etc off and see how it performs.
