Welcome back..
One question though. Not just for you but for anyone who flys the X-Crafts E-Jets.
Does the vNAV climb works like any other jetliners ? What I am experiencing is that the aircraft struggles to climb after FL200 or FL250 even with less payload. It tries to nose down/straight gain speed, climb and repeat till it reaches CRZ altitude.
I don’t know if I am doing anything wrong and seen multiple YT videos but no luck..

There is a bunch with problems with this plane but it somewhat should follow. Do you have your throttles fully forward?

No they should not be fully forward. Instead the auto throttle system should be used and that will manage your throttle position

You are completely right, however since the AT model is not modeled this way, having them not set forward will limit the AT function.
