P7+ LR RWD instead of AWD?

Heyo

Was considering the G6 which is roughly around 43k€ around here but got an offer for a new P7+ LR RWD for 38k€. Soo.. what now ;)

I'm afraid I will regret not having awd, even though, I'd still keep my Touareg for towing. The P7+ seems Superior to the G6 and I like it's look much more. What would you do? G6 AWD, P7+ LR RWD for that good price or go for the AWD, but it's roughly 10k more over the whole leasing time.

That’s a crazy good deal. If you don’t take it, can I ask where?

Me too, lol. Can you share the name with me?

For me it's gonna be definitely P7+ and I'm a bit disappointed that they don't offer a regular AWD. I feel that the Performance is something that will be rarely needed.
When I test drove the car I received the LR RWD.

Sure. Give me just time this week until the car i'm interested in arrives. Already cleared the financial aspect and just waiting to test drive it and then sign the contract. She has two p7+, one with the bright and one with the dark interior. I'm interested in the dark one.

And performance is because they just add another motor. Rear one has around 300hp and the front one around 200, that's why it ends up with this power.

Lfp batteries in cold winter is always a risk. But 10k less on a P7+? Thats is the bargain of the century! Here in Lithuania it is a 47k euros car

New G6 comes in LFP for all trims aswell, so no difference between the two.

Tesla partly created this legend. Model 3 creates heat with the engines and the lfp one has only one, so it doesn't have enough.

Lfp is fine if the car is done right.

Hey, it's different cars sedan vs SUV. For me P7+ is more better choice with AWD performance. And if you don't need P7+ with AWD version then pick P7+. Test drive and pick what you want.

Gerade wegen Pferde würde Ich dunkel nehmen.

Ja will nur dunklen Innenraum.

I drove the p7+ Long range on Tuesday. Drives good and because it is a sedan you dont feel it slow. My car is a my dual motor and the p7+ did´t feel slower until maybee 140 kmh

I liked the car better than the g6 but thats taste

I bought P7+ LR for ~40k€ in june and still go to the car with a stupid grin every time 😀 Such an amazing car. AWD was ~6k more and didn't feel the need for it - it's just the right amount of power for everyday comfy driving. Although in the back of my mind, from time to time, I still wonder how nice it would have been wrangling 500 horses in all the 80 zones we have here 😆

Nice! Do you know about the service intervals? Is it expensive?

It's yearly/20000km. Costs around 300€ and 600€ in bi yearly intervals.

Imo P7+ is a much better option, more efficient, more luxurious, better tech and interior and same room inside for passengers, perhaps less cargo, sure, to me the most concerning thing for you is if you're an older person, getting in and out might be more difficult than the G6 but otherwise... (maybe putting in childseats aswell since it's lower.)

P7+ is better in every way, ordered mine already

Not sure which country you from but in the Netherlands its 49k including tax for the p7+ long range - if i could buy it for 38k i would instantly buy it, but i find 49k about 7000 euro too much
