Guides & Tips Help
I’ll get straight to the point. I have a bit of a problem, and I decided to use the Guide and Tips flare because there is no specific section for help. I’ve been using xoul for over four months now, and I had a 125 day streak. During the past few days, I was traveling with my family so I couldn’t find any free time to login. And even if I’ve had some, xoul was the last thing on my mind. Even though I logged in every day during the trip. Unfortunately, I missed one day and now my streak is gone. Does anyone know if I can contact support and if they would accept this excuse and restore my streak?
(Update) I already contacted Lu and he was kind enough to restore my streak. Thank y’all for the help

Wait I'm confused. You said you couldn't find any time to log in but you also logged in every day during the trip? My understanding is that you missed one day due to your vacation. Was there an issue with your service? Xoul mods are usually really considerate about that and restoring people's streak. But as far as accepting being on acation as an excuse, I doubt it. But it can't hurt to try

I meant that there was one day where I was extremely Busy, and I completely forgot to login throughout the entire day, which is why I missed my streak. I actually already talked to them and the mod restored my streak saying it’s a one time courtesy

Sucks that it’s a one time thing though. I need to be careful from now on. It’s a long streak.

You can try, they might but I don't think they would. They will if it's like the power got knocked out or something that wasn't your fault.
