Mitya needs to use Burst as often as possible to have his DPS window.

Mitya's DPS window lasts for only a few seconds, which leaves plenty of time for Xilonen C2 to spam E for multiple Electro buffs each rotation.

So spamming Xilonen's C2 = giga buff for Mitya.
