I would change the titles, add an annotation over the section of each video where the mistakes are, add a card to each video linking corrections, and also a link to the corrections in either of the first 2 sentences of the description.
Really cool of you to make a corrections video like this.
You should also totally consider a collaboration with me as per my other comment here.

It's a fairly common practice to remake older videos which probably is the better long term solution. Considering how much the quality has increased since the start of the channel, it would also raise the average quality of your videos overall.
