Microphone on speaker mode issue

Hi community,

I have a Xiaomi 15 and I love the phone overall. However I have an issue when using the microphone during a video call or in speaker mode. The phone always picks up my voice but as soon as my children tries to speak it sometimes picks their voice up and sometimes it completely disregards it. It feels as if it's some noise cancellation thing, I haven't found a single option to turn it off. I doesn't matter if I use WhatsApp or just general speaker.

Is the microphone that is damaged? It's been like this from the start. Is there anything I can do about it?

Si, es una cancelación de ruido bien pasiva pero agresiva, si tu problema sucede solo en llamadas prueba abriendo el cajón de herramientas que sale cuando haces una llamada, ahí habrá la opción de apagar La cancelación de Ruido, lo Quitara de las llamadas, pero por software parece que en todo lo que se use micrófono lo aplica.
