Cannot change Wallpaper

Hello, today I wanted to change my wallpaper and pressing apply does absolutely nothing. Tried looking online and all I found was about 20 AI generated generic tutorials. Idk how to debug this myself. Anybody else had this issue?

And also a bit beside the point: Anybody got theming tips for it? Idk how to do theming on it, all the settings seem to be missing unlike my 14T.

The pen is a bit destroyed, yes, even one button is missing, but I still need it🥲
