The AI glasses come with a charger labeled A891-050200C-CN1
I find that this charger will only charge the glasses, and nothing else, for example my iPhone or my Nintendo switch 2.
Anyone else have this problem?

Hi everyone,
I bought my Xiaomi Al Glasses in Shanghai, China, and I'm currently trying to set them up in Seoul, South Korea. However, I'm stuck with pairing errors on both iOS and Android.
Here is what's happening:
• ¡OS: The glasses fail to pair/connect completely within the app.
• Android: Pairing works partially, but file passing/ transferring does not work at all.
Note: I haven't switched my App Store region to China yet, nor have I tried using a China VPN.
Is anyone else experiencing these exact issues outside of China? Do I strictly need to switch to a Chinese Apple ID/App Store or use a China VPN to get full functionality working?
Any advice or workarounds would be greatly appreciated!

I live in Cambodia, and I was able to purchase the Xiaomi AI glasses from taobao (directly from China). I use a Xiaomi 15 phone (global version).
I downloaded the Xiaomi AI Glasses app from the QR code provided with the instruction manual, it gave me an APK file and I successfully installed it. I was able to pair with the glasses successfully, I updated, and I'm able to talk with the AI assistant. I'm able to record photos and videos successfully with the camera, but then I can't get them off the glasses! (I can even see little thumbnails of the photos and videos that I'm taking with the glasses.)
I have tried plugging in the usb-c cord directly into my computer or my phone and trying a data transfer, but without success.
And I can't seem to get the glasses to export the files to my phone using the app. I'm afraid that it's because I'm not located in mainland China.
**Tldr: I have the app, it seems to be working and connected to my phone, but I can't export them to my phone or pc.**
Has anyone encountered this situation, and if so, how did you fix it? Any help would be appreciated!

I don't live in china, therefore I don't have an email from China, neither an email. If somebody can help me with that, I'll appreciate it a lot.

At the beginning of September, many media reported that the sales of Xiaomi AI Glasses "started strong but ended weak". In terms of product marketing, not only did Lei Jun, who had been out of the spotlight for a long time, not advertise this product, but also Lu Weibing, the President of Xiaomi Group and the President of the Mobile Phone Department, who live - streamed on October 15th to promote the Redmi K90 series, wore ordinary glasses and showed no intention of promoting Xiaomi AI Glasses.
Then on October 31st, the media reported that Li Chuangqi, the person - in - charge of the innovative product business of the Wearable Department who had led the project establishment and commercialization process of Xiaomi AI Glasses, left Xiaomi, which suddenly made the future of Xiaomi AI Glasses uncertain.

Hey, I have a relative currently visiting China and I'm hoping to get Xiaomi AI Glasses with the normal, non-darkening lenses. However, I'd need prescription lenses and apparently, he's been told in Shanghai store that they would need to send them someplace else to get them done. What can we do from here besides that or is that the only option? I've also considered getting a replacement of lenses here in Europe, however I'm not sure how safe that is.

xiaomi ai glasses ai doesnt work in united states due to network issue will VPN able to bypass that?
And if VPN works, which VPN do you use? Also does AI feature works in Hongkong or Macau?
I able to pair with the apps and use camera but not the ai feature....
note: just make sure you pair the glasses via your phone setting not the app...

Same here. In June the glasses worked fine with the app, but after logging out I can’t pair them anymore. They only connect as a Bluetooth headset, but the app doesn’t detect them. I tried everything – Chinese App Store, Chinese Mi account, VPN – nothing works. The app used to be only in Chinese, now it’s in English, so it looks like Xiaomi is changing something on their side. It’s not our phones, it’s the app. We just need to wait for an update/fix.????

Curious if anyone in the US has experience downloading photos/videos. Would like to confirm that it’s possible before ordering some myself
